One Piece Piano Symphony · Sydney
One Piece Piano Symphony was a Sydney concert project we partnered on. On 26 April 2026, piano performance and anime visuals came together at City Recital Hall, bringing the series’ music, characters and shared memories into a concert setting. The project connects an anime concert with its local fan community.
Piano arrangements of Kohei Tanaka’s music accompany synchronised anime scenes tracing the Straw Hat Crew’s journey. Familiar pieces including “We Are!” and “Binks no Sake” connect memories of the series with a live performance. For the local fan community, the concert offers a place to share that interest beyond the screen.
Luffy, Brook and a grand piano form the event’s visual theme, connecting the anime with its musical setting. Their presence in the original artwork gives the project an immediate point of connection with One Piece fans.
This Piano Symphony pairs a live pianist with anime projected in sync on a large screen. The performance format, recognisable melodies and story scenes explain how the appeal of the series carries into the concert experience.
