Guild publishing and transaction rules
Happy’s ACG Adventurers’ Guild helps fellow fans share and check information. It is not a ticket agent, employer, payment intermediary or transaction guarantor. Submissions enter a review queue and may be reviewed by AI or administrators before approved content becomes public.
What you can share
ACG, anime, cosplay, gaming, fan-creator, TCG and related pop-culture events with verifiable sources; lawful photography, makeup, retouching, costume, prop and booth-collaboration listings.
Submission and review
Provide accurate information and verifiable sources, and make sure you hold the necessary rights to submitted text and materials. A successful submission means it has entered the private review queue, not that it is published, endorsed or guaranteed inclusion. Eligible submissions may be published after automated AI review; incomplete or uncertain content goes to a human reviewer. Administrators may contact you for clarification and decide to edit, approve or reject it; unapproved submissions are not available to visitors.
Contact email is used for internal verification and does not automatically become a public contact. Listings publish only the contact details you separately provide and explicitly authorise for public display. Prohibited content
False events, stolen work, fake tickets, discrimination, harassment, adult services, circumvention of site safety controls, exposure of private information, or inappropriate recruitment and one-to-one arrangements involving minors.
Community transaction safety
Confirm identity, work samples, scope, delivery date, revision limits and refund terms. Avoid large, unrecoverable advance payments. Guardians should be involved for minors, and first in-person meetings should be in public places.
Review and ranking
Guild admins may request evidence, edit formatting, mark content sold out or postponed, lower its rank, hide it or reject it. These actions keep leads verifiable; they do not mean the guild endorses an event or transaction.
Historical information and external links
Events marked as ended are historical records, not current booking or ticket offers, and do not imply guild hosting. Community links and event sources are independently operated by third parties; inclusion does not establish a partnership or guarantee. Before travelling, booking or paying, check the organiser's latest dates, restrictions and cancellation notices. In-game events are labelled separately and are not confirmed in-person meetups.
Sponsorship and promotion
The guild website may accept sponsorship or paid promotion in future. Content with a commercial relationship to a brand, organiser or service provider must be clearly labelled and kept distinct from community submissions and independently compiled content.
Reports
To report errors, infringement, exposure of private information or suspicious listings, contact us through the homepage WeChat entry with the relevant page link and an explanation. We will review the report and decide whether to correct, hide or remove the content. This is not an emergency service; for immediate danger or fraud, also contact police, your bank or the relevant platform.
