THE COLLABORATION

From a shared game to a local gathering.

Organised by DigiMoonlight and sponsored by Zimu Tech, this independent fan event combines music and dance performances, cosplay photos, trivia and merchandise giveaways in a Halloween gathering. Our promotional feature brings those activities together and clearly identifies it as a fan-organised event, not an official Wuthering Waves event.

How we connect the project

Create bilingual event information

English and Chinese copy introduces the performances, cosplay and fan gathering while making the event’s independent, fan-organised status clear.

Poster and homepage promotion

The organiser’s poster appears alongside a dedicated event page and homepage feature, helping fans move from the artwork to the event information.

Bring registration and attendance guidance together

The Humanitix registration link, Sydney local time, venue address and capacity guidance appear together. The free event requires advance registration, with entry conditions set by the organiser.
